Official Sutton County criminal-record questions belong with the agency that created or keeps the record. This private site cannot provide documents or perform an official search. The routes below distinguish the combined clerk's counter in the Sutton County Annex from the Sheriff's Office and jail a block away in Sonora, then identify Texas DPS as the source for statewide criminal-history products.

This Is Not a Government Office. This is a privately operated reference site. It cannot obtain criminal records, conduct official background checks, correct or remove an entry, or accept an expunction or nondisclosure filing. Those services must come from the responsible government office.
