This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve records, perform official checks, or submit legal or records-request documents for a visitor.

The site identifies the Sutton County Sheriff's Office and jail, the combined County and District Clerk, the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry as distinct official sources. Texas Government Code Chapter 552 governs public-information requests to government bodies, while Chapter 411 controls dissemination of criminal-history record information. Those laws do not make this private site a custodian.

2. Rules for Using This Site
